This policy outlines the standards and actions of Down2Chill (operated by D2C HOLDINGS LLC) to prevent, detect, and respond to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
Down2Chill maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are fully committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and to acting immediately against any content or behavior that threatens child safety.
CSAE Detection and Prevention
- All images uploaded to Down2Chill (including profile photos, stories, and chat images) are automatically scanned using Google Firebase's advanced image moderation technology to detect inappropriate or abusive content.
- Detected content that violates our standards is immediately blocked and removed from our platform.
- We continuously review and update our detection systems to remain at the forefront of abuse prevention technology.
Community Guidelines and User Reporting
- It is strictly prohibited to share, upload, or solicit any content that sexually exploits or endangers children on Down2Chill.
- Any attempt to groom, extort, or traffic children is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Users can report abusive content or behavior directly within the app using our in-app reporting mechanism, or by contacting our support team at team@Down2Chill.com.
Response and Enforcement
- Upon receiving reports of CSAE or detecting such material through automated systems, we promptly remove the content, disable associated accounts, and, where appropriate, report incidents to law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC.
- Our moderation team is trained to respond to reports confidentially and in accordance with global best practices and applicable law.
